Article 1: The Celestial Sphere Is An Essential Model Of Wholeness.
475 years ago (1543) Copernicus published On the Revolution of the Heavenly Spheres. This is considered to be the beginning of the scientific revolution. Copernicus had a radical idea, that not only was the sun the central body all of the planets orbited, but also that the Earth was revolving (spinning) as it orbited the sun. This of course made no sense because if the Earth was moving rapidly around the sun and spinning, why weren’t we all flung off into space?
Article 2: The History Of Monads And Monadology.
Monad, (from the Greek monas, “unit”), is an elementary individual substance that hologramically reflects the order of the world around it, and from which material properties are derived. A monad is a centered object. Atoms are monadic. Celestial bodies like planets and stars are monadic. Chakras are monadic. The celestial sphere is the skin of a monad. Molecules are micro-scale monadic (composite) structures. Solar systems are macro-scale monadic (composite) structures.
Article 3: Monad Tells Both Digital & Analog, Time & Date.
I remember my first electronic, digital watch. So cool. And really useful for timing events. But after a while I started to miss a clock with hands, and the ability to tell the time at a glance, based on the orientation of the hands. An ordinary clock with numbers 1 – 12 basically tells the digital time. A “military clock” with numbers 1 – 24 comes closer to telling the analog time, because the hour hand of a military clock rotates at the same rate as the Earth it is analogous to.
Article 4: How Day Light Savings Disrupts Time.
You may have noticed that sometimes the Sun, located on the noon track of the Calendar-Clock, is associated with the number 13 on the number dial instead of 12. This happens during Daylight Savings Time (DST). Whoever invented DST had no regard for or understanding of the importance of local solar time, the time told by a sun dial. Our whole conception of time is based on experiments conducted with sundials.
Article 5: Diagnosing and Treating Biosphere Blindness.
For the past 25 years my main job has been doing psychiatric disability evaluations. I’ve done over 10,000 of them. Over the course of this experience (and life in general) I have developed certain theories. I believe that a very large proportion of our modern society is suffering from a debilitating condition I have diagnosed as Biosphere Blindness. This is not a joke or a metaphor. This condition is a disorder of perception, but its symptoms manifest as disordered, in fact dangerous, antisocial behavior.
Article 6: Biosphere Enhancing Features of Monad.
I’ve been working on various Biosphere Enhancing Features of the Planetary Calendar-Clock. I am particularly excited about modeling the Earth’s hydrologic cycle, taking place within the celestial sphere. The Sun (fixed at 12) heats the Earth, and some of the water on the surface of Earth is vaporized and rises in a vast column towards the Sun. But the Earth is spinning relative to the Sun and that column becomes a revolving disc of hot humid air which splits in two directions, north and south, as it falls back to Earth, creating 2 complementary cyclones of spiraling air currents moving from high above the equator out to the poles, and then flowing back across the surface of Earth towards the equator. This is the basis for the circulatory system of the Earth.
