Monad Mobile App Privacy Policy
YOUR DATA
Your privacy is critically important to us. Your data is your own. We make no claims to it and will only use it with your consent according to the policies outlined below.
LOCATION DATA
The Monad app asks for location information in order to present a graphical representation of your location on the planet. We do not collect or store this location data, or any other personally identifiable information. The App sends your lat/lon information to the MapBox geolocation service in order to convert lat/lon coordinates into a named city, state, and country. We do not save or store this data or associate it with you in any way. Mapbox saves very limited data for up to 30 days. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain consent or remove the information.
HEALTH DATA
If you choose to have Monad integrate with Apple Health or Android Health Connect, then the application will have access only to the health data types you opt-in to.
Monad requests permission to write certain data types into your device’s Health data store. These are used to record the duration of Health events (Sleep, Eat, Move and Think) as measured by the app.
The health data read from your device is used exclusively for display within the Monad app and it is not collected or disclosed outside of your device. Only those data types relevant to the app are accessed.
In no case is your health data ever transferred to us or any 3rd party by us. It is only ever kept within your device’s Health data store as per your permission choices. If you choose, Apple offers you the option of backing up your mobile Health data to your secure iCloud account. SHARING
Since we do not collect it, we therefore do not share any personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies for marketing purposes.
AD TRACKING
We do not allow advertising companies to collect data through our service for ad targeting.

This privacy policy was last updated on Nov 27, 2024. Although most changes are likely to be minor, Monad may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Monad’s sole discretion. If we make any substantial material changes to our policies, we will place a prominent notice on our website or application.
